yyoooobeeehh nang dah bersawang eh blog ku tok..k la guys i've already decide to use my own bahasa..hauhaua ..nway macam2 jak peristiwa berlaku...dis is second month i work as teacher agaiin??tired wit office situation aku agak bos mdh xmok gk keja..hehheheh...nope laa..dapat better offer why not aku tukar angin ke arah perguruan(sedangkan yang sebeno nya gaji nok ditawarkan lebey banyak)..hauhaua alasan alu ehh...nway dis not the skool nok ku penah ngaja.mun lok ku ngaja rah skool mbiak nok rasa dirik besa.. rite now aku ngaja rah skolah rendah gik..hihih..1st time ku experience different environment.mun b42 tok aku experience wit orang nok lebeh kurang umo ngn aku(ecewaah prasan mudak).. rite now i have to meet the younger than me.hahaha...nasiblaaa aku tok dikurniakan naluri keibuan yang amat banyak..so xda masalah la mun mo meet dak org kenit toks..ahaks..gik punn rite now skool tempat ku keja sangat sangat kecil..termasok aku mekorg da 12 org cekgu cekgi jak..hauahuahaua best x..
masok bln kedwak ngaja alhamdulilah ku dah ok wit the environment eventhough kt skolah ya lebeh banyak kumbangnya dari bunga nyaa..hihihi.. p mun mok dikira asanya ku dah beysa kot coz persekitaran aku dari kecik pun nang lebeh terdedah ngn laki..dengan abg2 ku and oso kazen mazen ku.so ku asa quite best laa eventhough da jwak sengal nya dak tok..p sengal nok lom tahap melampau la..blom gik tahap dewa laser kdak kajen2 ku..grrrr.....

aaaarrgghhh bila aku tengok penimbang in my room i was very suprised..in 1 month aku dah naik 5 kg???wat..biar betol orentasi di hotel nan best itu telah menggemok kan aku sampai ketahap ituuu??suma orang yang aku jumpa plak sebok tego within my weigth hadoii..so dengan semangat yang jitu aku telah berjanji kepada diri sendiri to loose my weight started from today..so coz of dat i wanna share wit u ol how to diet loose ur weight 5 kg in 5 week..it is from lovely kevin zahri yang hensem followed on our own Malaysian practical food and situation pal..i think it is very relevant..sooo check it out..

1.  Jangan Skip Meal..Ramai ingat bahawa anda perlu skip meals seperti elakkan sarapan pagi dan melaparkan diri untuk kurang berat badan. Ini salah. Dengan cara ini anda hanya berjaya menurunkan metabolisma badan. Panduan Terbaik Makan 5-7 hidangan sederhana sehari dan kurang makan/minum 2-3 jam sebelum tidur.


2.   Kawal nafsu makan....once nafsu is there memang susah untuk membuat pilihan makanan yang baik. Again di sinilah anda perlu makan 5-7 kali sehari untuk mengawal nafsu makan anda.


3.  Tingkatkan tahap keaktifan anda…tak semestinya dengan jogging atau bersenam di gym. Yang penting anda tingkatkan aktiviti physical untuk bakar lebih calorie, seperti:

• Park kereta anda lebih jauh daripada destinasi anda
• Jangan guna lif…use the stairs
• Bersihkan rumah anda

4.   Ketahui keperluan kalori anda. Ini penting dan jika anda rajin, bandingkan keperluan kalorie dengan pemakanan kalorie seharian anda


5.  Eliminate makanan yang 1. tidak elok dan 2. tidak perlu. Kekadang kita ambil makan/minuman yang actually kita tak perlukan sangat pun….just because its there, doesn’t mean we have to eat or drink them.

 
6.  Diet pills? Yes they work tetapi tidak jika anda tidak gabungkan penggunaannya dengan makanan yang terkawal…..


7.  Tak pandai kawal nafsu makan? Belilah protein shakes dan makannya di antara hidangan due kali sehari..1. antara sarapan dan lunch…2. antara lunch dan makan malam..

k guys dis information aku asa cam seswai jer for us kan..look simple but yang paling penting for diet is discipline..btol tak..so kite try sesamer k..

    ohoooii..dis is the continuing part about the GLEE..rite now Glee season 2 tengah di tayangkan di TV..So for Glee fan korang leh tgk lam cenel every tuesday, 9.00 pm in 711 chanel..korang bleh gak tgk ulangan every sunday k,,k for season 2 there 16 episod every week..so setakat nih dah ke week yang ke 6...so dah 6 episod dah di tayangkan..dalam season 2 kali nih for glee club ada recruit the new one who known as Sam( Chord Overstreet)..Great voice when he  sing billionare songs..huhuh..rather than that diorang ada jemput extra cast such as Gwyneth Paltrow, n coach  Shannon Beiste n banyak lagi laaa...for dis season the song lebeh best laa such as firework(katy perry), forget you, billionaire n many more...so kat cni aku akan letak dier nyer tajuk for every week for Glee kipas susah hati...

Upon seeing the face of Jesus in his grilled cheese sandwich, Finn has an existential crisis. Because of this, the kids discuss religion and its significance to them. Kurt also faces a crisis when his father Burt has a heart attack and becomes comatose. Sue questions her own beliefs and talks to her sister Jean about God as well. 

4. "Duets"

When Puck goes to juvie, New Directions welcomes Sam as a new member and Will assigns a duet competition for the week. Finn and Rachel throw the competition so that Sam will feel welcome. The love triangle between Artie, Tina, and Mike develops, as does Santana and Brittany's relationship.

5. "The Rocky Horror Glee Show"

After Will learns of Emma's newfound love for The Rocky Horror Picture Show, he impulsively decides to have the glee club perform it as the school musical. However, problem after problem, including Sue going undercover to expose the boundary-pushing club on television, prevent New Directions from performing it in front of an audience. 

6."Never Been Kissed"

Will separates the group for another mash-up competition. Kurt, tired of being harassed by Karofsky, spies for New Directions at Dalton Academy, where he meets Blaine (guest star Darren Criss). Blaine encourages Kurt to stand up for himself. Coach Beiste discovers the boys use her as a turn-off method and attempts to quit her job. Puck returns and develops a friendship with Artie through his community service project. 

7. "The Substitute"

Will becomes ill, and is replaced by substitute teacher Holly Holliday (guest star Gwyneth Paltrow). Meanwhile, Sue takes over as principal when Figgins also takes ill, and flexes her power on campus. 

8. "Furt"

Sue's Nazi-hunting mother Doris Sylvester (Carol Burnett) pays her a visit due to her upcoming wedding to herself, Finn and Kurt face the marriage of their parents, and the administration takes a stand against Karofsky which leads to Kurt leaving McKinley High. 

9.  "Special Education"

New Directions, the Warblers, and the Hipsters face off at Sectionals, with unexpected results. Carl and Emma's romance develops to Will's dismay

10.  "A Very Glee Christmas

The faculty hold a Secret Santa gift exchange, but Sue tampers with the outcome to her favor. Meanwhile, Finn decides to brighten the school with the upcoming winter holidays and Artie finds out Brittany still holds belief in Santa Claus. 

11   "The Sue Sylvester Shuffle"

A local football championship game takes place and the "Thriller" mash-up is performed during the halftime show. Will and Coach Beiste plan to get the glee club and the Titans to work together and Sue does everything she can to make sure she clinches Nationals again

12.  Silly Love Songs

Director Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) assigns the McKinley High glee club to perform love songs in honor of Valentine's Day. The club also sets up a kissing booth for the occasion. Meanwhile, Blaine (Darren Criss) and the Dalton Academy Warblers perform "When I Get You Alone" at a Gap clothing store

13.  "Comeback"

Rachel tries to get back into McKinley High's social swing, with the help of Brittany; Sam forms a tribute band

14.  Blame It on the Alcohol

Principal Figgins teaches the student body about the danger of underage drinking, Rachel throws a party, and things really heat up with a game of spin the bottle

15. Sexy

When free-spirited substitute teacher Holly Holliday fills in for the absent sex-education teacher, she joins forces with Mr. Schuester to teach the kids of New Directions the facts of life. Meanwhile, Emma heads up the Celibacy Club, and she and Dr. Carl address some issues in their personal life

New Directions compete against the Dalton Academy Warblers and Aural Intensity at the Regionals round of competition, where Kathy Griffin and Loretta Devine guest-star as judges

The initial main cast encompassed club director and Spanish teacher Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison), cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch), guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury (Jayma Mays), Will's wife Terri (Jessalyn Gilsig), and eight club members...for the character nanti ek aku cakap..
okeh for the season 1 part 1 n 2 plot citer pasal the new direction glee club berusaha nak crk recruit for the glee club.1st glee club nih juz ader  Lea Michele who plays as Rachel Berry, talented star of the glee club who is often bullied by the Cheerios and football players. dalam season 1 nih ader 2 part which is part 1 n 2..n lagu dalam season nih sangat2 beshh tahap gaban..wpun diaorg bawak lagu org lain n olah with cara diaorg tersendiri, but aku rase mesti korang puas hati sampaikan aku bleh terpk klu diaorg bawak lagi sedap kot daripada yang original bawak..hahahha

  The cast of the glee club which are fin, quin,puck, mersedes, mr.schu n musuh ketat glee club is Suee(dia nih evil giler aaarrr), artie, tina, kurt n rachel..dis is main actors lam glee club.oopss terlupa lak wit counselor diaorg who have a feeling wit mr.schu which are emma..hehehhe..

For soundtrack lam season 1..mcm lagu ader such as, halo-sunshine, its my life& confession part 1, gold digger, bootylicous, crush, endless love n so on..n for part 1 theme song is Dont stop believing by the pretender...dis song btol2 bleh jadi motivation song...trust me..nnn for part 2 season 1 lak soundtrack diorang terdiri daripada 4 minutes, bad romance, give u hell, fire, hello( my fav stakat nihh), and lagu times diaorang bertanding regional is faithfully...memang power giler la diaorg nyanyi lagu nih..but dat season diaorng tak menang dat regiionall..frust kann..buttttt noww GLEE for the Season 2 !! so for the next issue is all about Glee season 2...so adios for now....
